The pathological lies of Trump and his cronies are threatening the fabric of the nation

I once dated a pathological liar. This guy — we’ll just call him Shithead since I believe he may still be alive — lied about everything. Where he was from (he didn’t actually come from money). Where he got his money from (he was actually embezzling from his office job). Who the HIV meds in his bathroom belonged to (they were actually his, not his roommate’s).

After we’d broken up for the last time, he went to jail for embezzlement and I proceeded through the rest of my twenties having learned one hell of life lesson. Namely, not to give the benefit of the doubt to plainly evil people.

Now, a few decades later, I’m living in a country being run by a legion of Shitheads.

When it comes to the machine-gun fire of falsehoods from Trump and his lackeys on kidnapping both undocumented and legal immigrants, I was told repeatedly by the few Trump supporters I talk to that Trump would only be targeting the criminals.
